Business Plan
The Cheshire and Warrington ChangeUp Consortium Business plan was initially created in December 2007 for Capacitybuilders, and covers the period of 2008 – 2011.
The Consortium has 4 overall objectives which it seeks to develop over the three years of this Business Plan:
- To improve collaboration in delivery and planning of infrastructure support services.
- To improve synergy among different providers so that services are inclusive, responsive and cover all the appropriate areas of the sub-region.
- To increase access to support services for frontline groups and to ensure this is communicated effectively.
- To deliver improved workforce development opportunities across the sub-region.
