Resilience Support Projects
The Resilience Support Projects were funded by Resilience Support Grant funding from Capacitybuilders. This grant focused on building third sector resilience through one or more of the following
- Joint work and planning for additional or changed consortia strategic activity in response to the downturn
- To fund or contribute to the costs of specific events that focus upon building resilience
- Staff to represent the Third Sector in local partnerships responding to the recession, and the development of Local Recession Action Plans
- Additional training for development workers to build skills relevant to the frontline needs in the current climate.
This funding was announced mid February 2009 and the projects and activities were to be complete by 31st March 2009.
